When you have florals and bartending as wedding services you must combine them! We made an easy Lavender Simple Syrup for our Lavender Lemonade. Add your favorite drink of choice for that added spike! We made a delicious mocktail when bartending a private event.
Step 1
Rinse Lavender and pat dry
Step 2
Mix 1 cup of sugar (or more) and rub into lavender.
Step 3
Take 2 cups of boiling water and pour of lavender sugar mixture. Place a lid and cover for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Strain and put into a bottle. Let cool before placing in the fridge.
